Astera Research is becoming Sygnix

On November 11, 2026, Astera Research becomes Sygnix. Fund members, please choose one of the two options below by November 11.

Why we are changing

Astera's main strategy was arbitrage, which only makes money when the price gap between Korean and overseas markets (the kimchi premium) is wide enough. That gap has narrowed and trading is currently stopped. We are moving from a structure that depends on market conditions to a service traders use directly.

What Sygnix is

An analysis tool in which a team of AI agents analyzes the symbol you choose and shows a bullish, bearish or neutral stance with its reasoning. Sygnix provides analysis, not investment advice or trading on your behalf.

What changes

  • Name: Astera Research → Sygnix
  • Website: asteracrypto.io → sygnix.xyz
  • Token: SGNX will be newly issued
  • Official channels: to be announced

Your choice: one of two

Both options use the value of your holding as of November 11, 2026.

Option A. Redemption

  • You receive the value of your holding in USDT.
  • You can choose a lump sum or installments.
  • The funds for redemption are held, and under company policy they will be paid on the schedule below.
  • Redemption starts once both conditions are met: SGNX is listed, and Sygnix has at least 1,000 active users. The planned start is February 2027 (exact date to be announced).
  • Even if the conditions are not met, payment will be made by April 2027.
  • If you make no choice in the period, you will be treated as choosing redemption as a lump sum.

Option B. SGNX token + Sygnix revenue share

  • You receive 1 SGNX for each 1 USDT of value.
  • You also receive a share of Sygnix revenue: [to be announced]% of Sygnix revenue is distributed to Option B members in proportion to their holdings, every [to be announced].
  • If you choose B, your fund holding converts into the above and is no longer eligible for redemption.
  • After distribution, the market price of SGNX may change, and payouts depend on Sygnix's actual revenue. Neither the price nor the payouts are guaranteed.

Period: November 3 to November 11, 2026, 23:59 KST
